Horrible place and wish to never go back I have had to take my vehicle in 5 times in two and a half years due to repeating issues. I have been negatively looked at by the service staff, and I have had to take my vehicle in 5 times in two and a half years due to repeating issues. I have been negatively looked at by the service staff, and negative comments were made about my selection of vehicle, which is a Honda. I have had the same electrical issues 3 times, and now have had key issues twice. I was told the first time I took the car in the key issue was repaired, it never was, and the vehicle had to go back. The second time they finally fixed the issues but never took a look into the electrical problems. Their report to me was a battery cable was loose, which was NOT the case. The vehicle continues to have electrical problems with stereo, AC, cigarette lighter, dome light, relays blowing on a weekly basis, and other electrical items randomly turning off and not working. It has gone through 3 batteries in 2.5 years, yet they claim there is no issue with the vehicle. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever take my own vehicle back there if I had the choice. Unfortunately it is still under warranty, so I have to go back there for repair work. I have taken it to Brandon Honda with a much better experience. More
