When I was looking for a new car, I immediately contacted Ryan, who, now a manager (and deservedly so), still took the time and effort a true salesperson (and gentleman) to get the deal done. He made me an offer and I knew, from my prior experience with him, I could trust him. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Ryan, who introduced he to Saad. Saad, clearly a professional, treated me with respect, and allowed me to ask questions to which he answered me in an articulate and descriptive manner. He also was very thorough with the walk through of the car and the test drive. From there, I met with Steven on the financing side who, based on my experience, truly enjoys what he does. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable in what could otherwise be a stressful situation. He openly discussed the various maintenece options and I bought some of them, not all, but most importantly, did not feel pressured to do anything. I truly had an outstanding experience with Ryan, Saad, and Stephen and would and will recommend the dealership to my collegues; and more speficially to work with these three fine gentlemen. Our salesman, Brandon Boman let us take as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When it came time to getting down to negotiation, it was short, sweet and successful. My wife and i both felt we made a fair deal for our 2010 Insight. Dealing with Brittany Aiscowitz was a good experience also. She explained all the paperwork thoroughly and showed us a few different warranty/ service options, one of which we took advantage of. Also let me mention when we returned a couple days later to drop off some paperwork , Brandon took the time to address a couple small issues that we noticed after taking delivery of the car. This was my 5th new car purchase. My first for a Honda. I had been researching SUVs for over 6 months. The dealership was already closed but I was going to walk around with my husband checking their vehicles out. Lincoln greeted us and told us to take our time, that he was in no hurry to leave and that he would help us in anyway that he could. I have never met a more thorough sales person in my life!!! He was less concerned about whether I was going to "buy today" and more concerned that I learned every single thing about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Both he and Rafael stayed with us until 8:30pm! The next day we went back and finalized everything. Brian Smith, who we did our financials with was very nice and professional. Before I left, Lincoln made sure that my car was set up (lots of technology settings) Since my purchase two weeks ago, I have been called numerous times to ensure that I was happy and that I was adjusting and understanding all of the bells and whistles in my car. Tammmy Hines is probaly the best service rep I have had to deal with in all the times I have owned cars. She is extremely personable, checks my car out to see that the mechanics have done their job and do to deal with in all the times I have owned cars.
