Within 24 hours, Moises and Tarique worked their magic to find me one of the only two metallic sapphire Honda Pilot EX-L w/ Sensing in the National Capital Region. They even e-mailed me pictures of the car! And when my wife and I came in to buy our Pilot, I was very pleased to see that the Dealership didn't try to sell us on "options". Excellent Quality of Service by a Team of Professionals. Even though I live in Ashburn, VA but I sitll drive almost 30+ Miles due to the quality of Service & advise I receive from Hendricks service team (Yea Even though I live in Ashburn, VA but I sitll drive almost 30+ Miles due to the quality of Service & advise I receive from Hendricks service team (Years ago by Al Adcock & now for the last 2+ years from their Service Director Sam Maddalena & his team of technicians). I used to visit Hendricks when I used to live close by in Alexandria but still continue to go there, even though its been 3 years that I moved to Ashburn and at least have a few dealerships closer to me than hendricks. While I have not purchased a vehicle from them, as I still use the one that I bought 5 years ago from NYC, but every since moving to VA 5 years ago, I visit Hendricks for my Accord's routine maintenance / inspections and found Sam Maddalena & the technicians very helpful & professional. In a nut shell. Would give at their service team 10 or 10. More
