I am based in Morrisville , realizing that customer have to drive almost 250 miles to reach woodbridge , he discussed with his manager Luke and gave the best possible deal for me and it was like win win to both of us. On reaching to woodbridge , I got a warm welcome . He is very friendly , have good sense of humor too and true representative of Hendric . I had some doubt about the car and was looking for pre purchase car inspection but was running too late to get that done and close the deal before 5 PM on Sunday but he said , Hendrick organization is known for its trust worthiness and they do not sell anything that is not good or meet the standards and if there is any issue found ,local Hedrick can help me out . Those words gave me sense of confidence . He provide all possible info and clarified all my doubts and never tried to influence me . Never though car buying can be so hassle free . I knew what I wanted, the price I wanted to pay (had done my thorough homework) and I called Mr. Fredericks to see if he had the vehicle and would meet my price. Yes to both! I also do not like to waste time with any paperwork, up selling, game-playing or other hassles, so he had the vehicle ready and waiting, and all I had to do was sign a few papers. I was in and out in less than an hour and driving the Civic home. The experience was absolutely seamless. I appreciate that my time was respected and that the purchase process was direct and straightforward. Miguel Sarria also deserves accolades for outstanding customer service. He knew I wanted to get my car and go, so with lightening speed, he got me processed. Thank you to both gentlemen for another positive experience! I am in Fredericksburg, and I shopped my CR-V and the Civic from Richmond to NoVa, and got BY FAR the best deal at Hendricks. I am one happy customer! More
Always done right. Been taking my 2006 Pilot to Hendrick Honda since I got it. Service is always prompt and on occasion when I have had to wait for work to be done, I've Been taking my 2006 Pilot to Hendrick Honda since I got it. Service is always prompt and on occasion when I have had to wait for work to be done, I've used the shuttle service which is quite convenient. I would recommend them for sure. As soon as this happened I called the dealership and talked to Kristi who was able schedule my appointment for the following morning. Upon arrival, I was taken care of right away and was dreading the worst news being that my civic had 94,000 miles on it. Within 30 minutes I was told by Ms. Kristi that my car was ready!!! Wow...that was quick....a switch went bad in the engine and the news wasn't so bad after all....My overall experience has been excellent with this service department and Kristi treated me as if I was part the Hendrick family. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who loves their Honda. More
Never buy a car from this dealership online!!!!!! We purchased a M37sport from Bobby Wildberger. After assuring us there was no damage to thecar, we purchased it. He was nice enough to have the car delivered to us in NC. When the car arrived the front grill was cracked. I immediately called Bobby to let him know about the damage(before thedriver left bc i was going to have them take it back). He assured me that he would get the situation rectified. We took the car to the Infiniti dealership and got an estimate for the repair (over $900). We agreed for the repairs to be made at the local Hendricks dealership and then crickets. I called, texted, emailed Bobby more times then I can count. Nothing. I spoke with a manager named Wais who told me he would make it right and never called back or returned my call. After months of fighting, we gave up. The damage that the broken grill was causing by scratching the car was too much. We have never been reimbursed. Never even had a return call or email. Absolutely the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with. Do not trust this dealership!!!!!! More

I obviously wasn't looking forward to the cost, but knew it had to be done. The service took longer than expect and the a winter storm was brewing. I ended up being there for over 3 hours and missing a bus back to New York, but Sam remedied the situation with giving me an amazing discount for the inconvenience. THANK YOU, SAM! As I stated, I wasn't expecting much to be done, but was completely surprised by Sam's act of kindness. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! This is my second car from Hendrick Honda Woodbridge and my family owns a number of their vehicles. Hendrick Honda's services never disappoint and I love how friendly everyone is as well as how comfortable the waiting area is (stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, wifi and a play area) Still waiting on the hidden camera's to show up with my real bill ; ) Cheryl More

Sam and his crew are awesome Okay here we go. So my 2012 pilot with 90,000 miles had the check engine light come on. My wife and I drove it in at about 2pm and Kristi Richards was Okay here we go. So my 2012 pilot with 90,000 miles had the check engine light come on. My wife and I drove it in at about 2pm and Kristi Richards was taken care of us. Even coming in late in the day and with no appointment she got the car right in the shop and in about an hour came and told me the good/bad news. Our pilot had blown piston rings which I guess is common on the v6s that go into eco mode. So she let us Know that it was covered under warranty which is great I love Honda. But normally they have to top off the oil and I have to drive the car for another 1,000 miles so they can check it again to make sure that it will be covered. Instead of just accepting defeat Kristi took the initiative to get the shop foreman to look at it and then sure enough he signed off on the repair and they were just going to get started on it right away. You go girl thanks. So we got a rental car covered as well and no fault of Honda's but that experience did go over as well you can read my review for enterprise if you want to know more details. Enterprise was such a cataclysmic failure. But anyways back to Honda. Also ust a side note we got a 13 Chrysler Town and Country as our rental and what a *steaming pile* of you know what that thing was and it was the top of the line one with leather and dvd and everything. That thing was loud uncomfortable and drove terribly. So in closing do yourself a favor buy a Honda and get it serviced at Hendrick. Just ask for Kristi Richards or even Jon Pitts(who has taken care of us in the past). Great Job Everyone and thanks for the awesome service. More
