I completed a few forms;confirmed the previously agreed upon price; went over the some details about the car, manual, keys, etc; took a quick test ride; then came back and did the financing since I was taking advantage of the additional discount (thanks for highlighting that as an option). Gail then put my plates on and handed me the keys - I was in and out within an hour and a half - amazing! You'd be hard pressed to get in and out of a regular store that quickly. So you have earned my loyalty (and word of mouth as I have already shared my very positive experience with several folks) - so much so that while I wasn't necessarily considering another Honda to replace a second car - I'm seriously considering now. Tonight I purchased my 3rd car from Hendrick since 1998....all CRVs....I had not planned to buy a new crv 2012 in that my 2009 was perfectly fine. Dave Alami called and said they were in need of good 1998....all CRVs....I had not planned to buy a new crv 2012 in that my 2009 was perfectly fine. Dave Alami called and said they were in need of good used CRVs and knew mine was a well kept one.... and had been serviced there.....I bit.....came in and negotiated a deal I could live with. I like to say that I have previously purchased new Honda vehicles at this Honda dealer (Hendrick) and at the Honda dealer in Manassas and I would like to say that the Hendrick Honda dealership is in a leagu vehicles at this Honda dealer (Hendrick) and at the Honda dealer in Manassas and I would like to say that the Hendrick Honda dealership is in a league of their own. I was thoroughly impressed from the minute I drove on the lot. Mr. Bobby Wildberger and Mr. David K. Alami presented every conceivable option available for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I was very impressed with the speed and quickness that was displayed in locating the exact color and options for the Honda Pilot that I was attempting to purchase (From another Honda dealership). And the financing experience was just awesome (But the Hendrick Honda dealership probably already knows what an awesome person they have in Mr. Chinaka Achuko), he explained the process so thoroughly that all that my wife and I could say after left the dealership was WoW! I have never had such a great experience throughout the whole car buying process from start to finish. I test drove the vehicle while Jackie further talked to me about the car's handling, it's brakes and it's awesome VTEC VCM V6 engine. When I got done with test driving this vehicle I was very impressed and gained a greater appreciation for Honda and the team at Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. Jackie's warm personanality and friendly demeaner will forever be in the forefront of my mind when I think about your dealership. My overall experience was probably different for most. I am a college student and the help I received to finance my car was great. The price was easy because the dealer accepted my USAA price. They did do their best to get me a good deal on the financing. As a college student I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a Honda. The car, 2012 Honda Civic LX, itself was new and I received a full tank of gas. As a college student getting a full tank of gas on the house is always nice. The car had no scratches or anything wrong and it runs very well. Its expected of a Honda to run well. The process with Justin and Mr. Alami went fairly smooth. However the experience was good. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda. More
