Today was best experiance I've ever had in a car dealership. I went in for routine maintenance and was greeted by Robert and had everything explained to me and given a time for completion. Robert came to me and informed me that something else was needed and I agreed, and was given time to have done . I explained to Robert that i had to be done by a certain time and when it came to near that time Robert came to me and explained that he could not do the task in allotted time and apologized and told me my entire service and car wash was no charged. I explained that was not needed but he insisted. It was such a great gesture and unheard of to me. I have been a customer of Hendricks Honda for along time along with Acura and love them but this was a great experience. Robert is a Great asset to Hendrick and Honda corp. Customer for life. More

I enjoyed the experience at the dealership, it shows that it is well managed. Everyone wears white monogramed shirts, no ties. It really kills the sleezy salesman feel and adds a level of comfort to the buying experience. The finance office always tries to upsell you on warranties and what not, but they were not too pushy and very friendly. Mark was great! This portion of the visit should be streamlined. I know they want to make every cent, but this was the biggest time waster. The sales process is about the same here as other dealers, I wish someone would get rid of the good cop bad cop routine with the going back between sales and "manager". I want to haggle with one person. More
