Words cannot express how overwhelming I am about the service that was provided to me on 21 April. Let me start out by saying that my intent when I visited Hendricks Honda in Woodbridge was not to buy a service that was provided to me on 21 April. Let me start out by saying that my intent when I visited Hendricks Honda in Woodbridge was not to buy a new car, but to get my currently owned 2008 Honda Accord maintenance, and mind you I brought that one from Hendricks also. I was waiting for my car and falling asleep in the lobby when Mr. John Pitts, who has been my service Tech since 2009, approach me stating "why doing you get a 2011 Honda, and I will keep you within the same price that you're paying for your old car monthly". I said why not. I did not believe that for one min that he would be able to do that so I went along with him. Let me tell you that Mr. George Henderson who assisted me with the pricing and loan approval did just exactly that, and my car notes are lower now than they were before. OUTSTANDING!!! I can't end this story without mentioning all the personnel that assisted me with this purchase. David Alami, who was my sales rep stayed with me the entire time, from about 13:00 - 20:00, showed me how the car works, and even programmed my cell phone, cell phone contact list and programmed my home address into the car, also showed me how to use the new equipment that is on the new version and not on my old 2008. John Pitts, who knew that I was going to take the car home unless all the extra stuff was added; tinted windows, spoiler, and visor for the sun room. Let me tell you, he had that car done by 19:30, and I drove off with everything on it at 20:00, WHAT SERVICE!!!!! And last but not least, Mr. George Henderson, who was able to get me in the perfect price range, I'm retiring from the Marine Corps after serving 26 years this year and really did not want to buy a new car, but my monthly car not is lower not then before. I even may qualify for Honda to pay my first car note becase I traded in my old one. I have to call and find out if they are still having this promo, but if not that is cool because my first payment is not due unitl June. YEAH!!!!. I would not ever recommend buying a car from Hendrick. Save your time, they seem like they're trying to help you out but it's just an act. First of all, trying to get a price out of them took over an hour. That was just a base price, not negotiations or trade-in value. Then we asked if it would be possible to get a trade-in eval done within an hour because we had a dinner scheduled. If they'd said "no" we would have left and come back the next day. They said it would not be a problem...however, my car did not get looked at for over an hour, we missed our dinner. Then they valued it at less than half of it's worth and were barely willing to budge on that price, until we tried to leave. We finally negotiated a price for the car when they told us it would take 2 days to get the car into town, but we were promised it was a new car that would have around 60 miles on it from bringing it to the dealership from Maryland. When they changed their story to say it would be in before 2pm the next day, we had a deal. At 1:30 the next day, after signing all the paperwork, we received an "uh-oh" call. The salesman said that my "new" car had nearly 900 miles on it. If a new car has closer to 1000 miles than 0 miles, it's no longer new. They barely budged on a new price so we took our business elsewhere. When it was all said and done, we wasted 2 whole days at this dealership. We went to another dealership in Fredericksburg who offered us a better price and were much more outgoing and friendly. More

Wow what a difference a day makes! After an absolutely hellish experience at Sheehy Honda in Alexandria (reviewed on this site) we found another minivan at Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge. He assured me that the minivan on the website was in fact there (not a bait and switch like Sheehy!) and after learning what I wanted he told me he had several others we could see. He even called me back later to tell me about another minivan we could see. So we drove out there early yesterday in the pouring rain, and left with EXACTLY what we wanted-the minivan I had seen on the internet and initially called about! We paid the sticker (internet) price since we had done our research and knew that it was a very, very fair price for this car, with low miles, leather, sunroof, everything. Everyone at Hendrick Honda from start to finish was a joy, from David, to the guys in the parts department where we bought new floor mats, to Mark Kueny in the Finance Department, to the ladies in the cashier office. I just can't say enough good things about this dealership! We already had financing through USAA, but they even offered us a better rate than USAA, which is unheard of! No pressure sales tactics, honest, up front information, fair pricing and integrity are what you will get when go to Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. We were able to leave after buying a car and actually feel good about the whole process! Thank you Hendrick Honda and David Alami for renewing our faith in auto salesmen and car dealerships and saving our Spring Break road trip! Moises Urcuyo was effective with out the application of pressure. I told him what I was looking for, he gave me suggestions, worked out a great price and I have a new Honda in the driveway. Also Charles Bishop went through all new car protection packages. Normally with a Honda, I don't buy additional policies for maintenance, etc. The extended bumper to bumper was such a deal I had to do it. If Charles had applied pressure, I would not have selected the extended warrantly package. Hendrick Honda hires great staff. More
