I will start out by saying I came here after visiting Toyota next door. The reason I left Toyota was because we could not agree on a price. I came over to Hendrick Honda Woodbridge hoping to get a CR-V h Toyota next door. The reason I left Toyota was because we could not agree on a price. I came over to Hendrick Honda Woodbridge hoping to get a CR-V hybrid instead. I pulled into the dealership and immediately noticed that there was 6-8 sales people standing outside. This was my first red flag. I parked my car and they swarmed me like a pack of hungry dogs. My wife and I immediately had our guards up. I am greeted by a salesperson who's name I wont mention... He was very kind. As I sit down I am explaining to the salesperson what we are looking for, there is this incessant yelling coming from where the managers sit. I am not sure if a salesperson was yelling at a manager or at another salesperson. Regardless this was another red flag for me and my wife.... I thought well we can get over this though. The salesperson pulls up the vehicle outside and shows us two different trim levels. As he is explaining features etc I can barely hear him or myself think because there are so many salespeople outside talking and yelling. This dealership is incredibly unprofessional in the sales department, they are much to young and immature many of them using poor language in a place of business. This was my final straw. I told the sales person lets just get in the car and take it for a ride to see how it goes. We took it for a test drive and the vehicle was good, but not great. We get back from the test drive and he asks me "If we can figure out the details are you ready to take it home" I politely declined due to the fact of how this place is being ran. I ask if there is a general manager I can speak with but the salesperson tells me they do not have one ?? (What)??I cannot fathom how these managers allow this behavior. After we left I got back in the car with my wife and we discussed what to do. We liked both vehicles but the experience at Toyota was so much better that we decided to go back to Toyota and make the purchase even though it was going to be a little bit more expensive. I still will continue to watch Hendricks Nascar team though. More
