Unethical and unlawful business practices used against me: took my keys to keep me at the dealership for hours; sent me home with a vehicle that did not have the features I paid for; overcharged for added me: took my keys to keep me at the dealership for hours; sent me home with a vehicle that did not have the features I paid for; overcharged for added features; never told me about Honda Financial incentives available; took a month to admit they sold me the wrong car; vowed to "make it right" but pushed 2020 leftover instead; never gave me credit for original trade in; charged me fees twice... When I went to the General Manager with my complaints, he initially said he wanted to "make it right." He could have made me whole for $7000 (the amount they overcharged in fees and extra charges.) Instead he chose to do nothing. More
