Omg this place is worse to do oil change, they have appointments with me 1:30pm and they gave me my car 4:00pm are you kidding me just oil change and I drove like 1hr to come for this appointment. Worse service ever never going back or recommend to anyone they charge you for ad on that should be asked if you want why should i have to pay for window tint and wheel locks and mud flaps and other st anyone they charge you for ad on that should be asked if you want why should i have to pay for window tint and wheel locks and mud flaps and other stuff they put it on car and then over priced them does should be ad on by purchase not by dealer and then they riped of you with the prices i would not recommend anybody going here and managers suck they run your credit so many times i dont see why run some ones credit that is 700+ more then 7 times now i have hard inquiries because they cant do they job right i have purchase cars from other dealer never had that issue they a bunch of rip offs people stay away from this dealer the sales man gives one price and then wen you signing it turns out they added another 10k more then what you were told managers suck they only care about their commissions they dont care about ripping people off stay away people More

Absolutely fantastic experience! My salesman Khayal Aliyev was very informative and very knowledgeable about the Honda Civics and Accords. Originally, I was planning on buying a Civic Touring model, bu Aliyev was very informative and very knowledgeable about the Honda Civics and Accords. Originally, I was planning on buying a Civic Touring model, but after consultation with Khayal, we decided that I can get all the features I want with an EX-L model, which saved me about $2,750. BTW, the finance department is another level. I was pre-approved with my own credit union and they were able to beat it and save me additional money with lower rates. Very pleased with my experience, and would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda! More
