I have not had a bad experience there. Everyone is polite and friendly and the waiting room is comfortable with, currently, socially distanced sweating and beverages available. During regular maintenance visits, they seem to recommend additional services which, although ideal, don't always seem necessary. It is easy to decline these. I have often during, necessary repairs, had the price turn out way lower than either they or I expected. This time, Terri was the one who helped me and she is not on the list I was offered. So, a shout out to her. Other times I have been helped by others. I don't remember their names but all have been knowledgeable, polite and friendly. More
