The a/c stopped working on my 2017 Civic Touring. I was able to get an appointment for service within two days. Hendrick found a leaking compressor and replaced it immediately. Service managers have always stood behind their work, have gotten estimates out quickly, worked to keep high-price services fairly priced, and honored their commitments every time. More
Great support, please keep me updated Terri, my service advisor was fantastic!! She kept me informed nicely as my car was in for servicing the A/C Compressor. While challenging, I would like to stay informed a little better. My general rule of thumb is 1) help me understand my options, 2) tell me what to expect, and 3) tell me if those assumptions change. Terri did a great job of handling that. The text system is a little awkward as I don't know if my text goes directly to Terri or if I need to make sure I flag it for her. The service scheduling got a little mixed up. I had originally scheduled maintenance for one day, but I didn't get a reminder, so I called. I was told the appointment didn't exist so I scheduled for a later date. That evening I got a reminder for the first date...at this point, I was confused. I called and we straightened it out together. Recommendation: if the scheduling application still causes me to call in and schedule the appointment, I'm spending money unnecessarily. Either find a better scheduling app or drop it. More
