We have been buying our vehicle and always have them serviced at Hendricks for the last 10 years or more, we are sold on these guys and the service team is amazing! Abusive upselling. $328.13 labor to replace an O2 sensor. I'd be surprised if the repair took 30 minutes. How can this possible be justified? $29.00 for shop supplies. Nuisance fee. Service rep or technician reported the "threads were stripped" on the removal or installation. My son was cautioned there may be problems in the future with the O2 sensor. A far better approach would have been to provide a summary of the warranty on the repair, which I would still like to see in writing. It also seems like that would have been an appropriate issue to document on the inspection report or receipt. Dealer rep emailed me asking for a positive review. My honest feedback to her, Dianne Norris, was ignored. I would never recommend this abysmal dealership. More

We really felt we got a sincere and honest salesman who gave a fair deal. This also extends to the finance representative - again, no double-talk - just straight and honest answers. First Service Visit Yesterday I took my 2015 Honda Fit to Hendricks Honda of Woodbridge for the first time since I bought it there last July. I had received a letter from Yesterday I took my 2015 Honda Fit to Hendricks Honda of Woodbridge for the first time since I bought it there last July. I had received a letter from Honda informing me that the car doors needed to be inspected and have a part replaced in order to prevent possible rusting. The service was to be provided at no charge. I was greeted on arrival by Mr. Jeffrey Gossman. He explained what needed to be done and led me to a very clean, comfortable, and well equipped waiting room. When the car was ready Mr. Gossman came back to inform me. I was most favorably impressed by the facility and by Mr. Gossman's professionalism and affability. More
