Years of Outstanding Service! Ever since I purchased my Civic in 1997 I returned every 6 months to Hendrick Honda for their superior service. For the record let me say that I am definitely not a car person. For many years my regular service rep was Hal Feeney. In 18 years I have driven only 54,000 miles and keeping that in mind, Mr. Feeney always went out of his way to provide my car with the attention it required, regularly checking my service history to be sure all inspections and periodic maintenance was done when necessary. Since he retired, Joe Deguzman (my new regular service rep) has continued the tradition of customer service, clear and patient communication and reliability. Thanks for the Great Service! More

Master car key duplicate Jeffrey Gossman took care of me even if i came in about 2 hours ahead of my scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional. To my surprise, the dealership checked everything in my car which i recently purchased 3 days ago even if my appointment was only to duplicate a master key because it did not come with a spare. I was relieved that my 2013 honda crv passed all the tests! Despite driving about 2 hours from my place, i got an excellent service, a better price for the key and a free diagnostic on my newly-purchased used vehicle. They sure will earn my business the next time around! More
