The only question of concern is the price that I paid for the remote start and the process explained below. After the purchase I looked on line at ehonda under Hendrick Honda and the same item was half the price. I went to the dealership to discuss the information that I found online and one of the managers said that I had not purchased the remote start. I went home looked at my documents and the remote start was in the sales documents. Later the same day I get a phone call from the service department wanting to schedule a time for me get the remote start installed. I called the dealership again and spoke to the manager and he asked if I had received a call from service. The manager still has not explained why I received a call from service, but according to his records the remote start was never purchased. We are still working on the price of the remote start, and he mentioned that they could work something out. We will see that this means. More
