Got engine light. They would only give a "drop-off and we'll work you in over a few days" appointment. I live 1.5 hours away and had to cancel stuff for my wife and They would only give a "drop-off and we'll work you in over a few days" appointment. I live 1.5 hours away and had to cancel stuff for my wife and I to make 2 trips (6 hours) to bring and retrieve. When leaving, noticed many courtesy cars lined up...but was never offered one to reduce the disruption of this repair. (I bought this car here.) Had to press for why the repair was so costly. Jordan showed my the complicated part when I checked out and I finally accepted that. Suggestion, when you know I'm on the way to come get it, why not have car waiting instead of me having to stand in the service alley while the rep fetches it? More

Dealership is great and have returned for car purchases. The Service Department (Acura) does not always listen to customers and is expensive. I asked specifically for further analysis of a repeated issue wi The Service Department (Acura) does not always listen to customers and is expensive. I asked specifically for further analysis of a repeated issue with my car and instead they made a simple fix (without my approval) and failed to get to root of the problem! While in for service the by-back program offered a fair deal for my used car which we seriously considered only because the service department failed to fix the root cause of the issue my car is experiencing. Makes one wonder if buying a new car is the best answer to fix a broken one…pretty expensive repair bill if instead you walk away with a new vehicle. On a positive note, I don’t mind paying a little more for service when they give me a loaner car or arrange for delivery of my car back to my home. It’s super convenient and appreciated! More
We had a surprise issue with our Acura TL the day after an oils change and annul inspection. The transmission, emissions and power steering lights all started going off! According to the Hendrick Acura, a rodent (perhaps a squirrel) had chewed through wiring while the car was parked near our son’s university dorm! Clinton Harrison took good care of us as the Service Rep and worked with the Tech to get our TL running in good order again. We feared she was dead but they brought her back to life. More
