Was disappointed from the moment we got there. Trying to sell us things we didn’t need. When we picked up the car the representative didn’t know what was going on. Also, the car was supposed to be washed. The last thing I got a text from the original guy who checked up in on Saturday, at 3:30 yesterday that my car was ready to be picked up. I had already picked it up at 7:30 am. More
Went in for an oil change & also had the tires rotated, balanced, alignment as well as a software update on the vehicle. The software update took forever- I was there at the service site for 4 hours. Since buying my BMW, I've always received the best service and care from BMW Southpoint! They excel in their communication with you when when your car is being serviced. I used the Uber option when I service and care from BMW Southpoint! They excel in their communication with you when when your car is being serviced. I used the Uber option when I was there last week, and it was so nice to go to breakfast and come back when my car was ready. Very thoughtful. Harold Harris took care of all my needs that day and made me feel very comfortable about what was being done and what my options were. Love sitting in the lobby area, good snacks and beverages.
