Hendrick Service Manager(s) are feckless and AJ Givens was never available, had covid or was out at lun I can’t say Hendrick Subaru does their job. Hendrick Service Manager(s) are feckless and AJ Givens was never available, had covid or was out at lunch; on the phone, or some other myriad of reasons..I even came in to the dealer, and waited; he never came out, or called to acknowledge the message that I was trying to contact him. Then Rusty came in. Rusty still works there. but i do know Jim Burke leaves factory designed/installed parts off too. By contacting the state Consumer Services Alabama Department of Insurance (ALDOI), was able to have an insurance provider ~$3100 to Kendrick and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. Everything about the car was perfect, except for the diagnosed failure. after they took it apart, it sat, they told me they cored my old part and installed on the car a mud filled replacement!!! then tried to sell me other parts that weren’t needing before they took it apart. Still the car sat. Subaru never again. and send me the money for my car. More
