Buyer beware! I’m not the first with this type of experience ****BUYER BEWARE!!!**** Sorry does not even begin to describe the frustration I have been through with this dealership. I have been looking for a truck to buy for over 2 months! I came down this way on vacation, found this truck online and called. Amanda told me that the truck was for sale and that she would take pictures of t for me to see. I told her I was an hour and a half away and that as soon as she sent me the pics I would drive up the coast and look at it. I never heard back from anyone and I never received and pics. I called back 2 hours later a d was told that Amanda had given the duty of photographing the truck to another xxxxxxx salesman and that THAT xxxxxxx salesman was told by the General Manager that the truck was being held for someone that he had in mind that might or might not want it. So I asked when I was supposed to have been told any of this and the lady on the phone said she didn’t know. So I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and she put me through to some guy who made no apologies and offered no reason why I wasn’t told any of this. BOTTOM LINE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A PLACE THAT RESPECTS THE CUSTOMER AND DOESN’T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. I got no apologies for a wasted day of my vacation. I will make NO APOLOGIES to this outfit for having no morals or scruples when it comes to their interactions. Remember: you were warned. Buy at your own risk... PS: Look around online. There are other people who have had an VERY similar experience as mine. More

Treated like family Dealership was absolutely on point. I called ahead to inquire about a Tacoma with features I was looking for. He got my car in immediately. He showed me around and asked more questions. He brought me to the vehicle he felt was me. We sat down and discussed terms and more Toyota features and benefits. Moved on to finance while Jim detailed my vehicle and check on my RAV. After finance, both vehicles were ready. Painless. I also purchased an extended maintenance package for my RAV and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. We met with the sales rep, Chad, who was so kind and made us feel at ease during our first ever car buying experience. We left with some info, and returned Saturday morning to discuss & potentially buy a pre-owned car, but Chad and his sales manager Eddy were amazing, and helped us see the value in buying a brand new Toyota. We got an amazing deal, and left an hour later with our dream car! Everyone was so helpful, there was no pressure at all, and they were completely transparent. Easiest car buying experience ever!
