I arrived two and a half hours early for my appointment, Bryce explained it was almost lunch time for the mechanics but he would see what he could do. I was visiting from out of state when the AC went out in my 2020 XC90, this happened on July 3. I had my 3 & 4 year old daughters with me and went directly to Hendrick Volvo dealer, I was met by the kindest my 2020 XC90, this happened on July 3. Even though it was a holiday the next day, they took my car right away to hook up to diagnostics and Ronnie was able to provide a comparable loaner vehicle! They let me switch the car seats over to the loaner car while inside the nicely air conditioned garage. I am so grateful to have had such a pleasant experience all around at this dealer. 2 days later my car was fixed and everything was swapped back.
