I was visiting from out of state when the AC went out in my 2020 XC90, this happened on July 3. I had my 3 & 4 year old daughters with me and went directly to Hendrick Volvo dealer, I was met by the kindest my 2020 XC90, this happened on July 3. I had my 3 & 4 year old daughters with me and went directly to Hendrick Volvo dealer, I was met by the kindest people and helped at the service center desk by Ronnie O. Even though it was a holiday the next day, they took my car right away to hook up to diagnostics and Ronnie was able to provide a comparable loaner vehicle! They let me switch the car seats over to the loaner car while inside the nicely air conditioned garage. I am so grateful to have had such a pleasant experience all around at this dealer. 2 days later my car was fixed and everything was swapped back. Thank you for making what could have been an awful (and hot) situation, an easy transition!! Very grateful to everyone at this dealer More
