I was traveling to Charleston from out of town. I hit a pothole of some sort and wanted to make sure everything was okay on my car since it seemed to pull left. I was grateful to be fit in for an appointment at the dealership and felt comfortable that it was a Hendrick dealership I was working with since I have had my previous cars serviced at Hendrick dealerships. I requested to have a 4 tire rotation, and check the alignment of the car. When the work was completed I was told that a tire rotation was done, and the alignment. I was "shown" an alignment sheet, but it was never included with my paperwork like at previous Hendrick dealers. Also, I noticed that on my passenger rear tire was in the same place. I know that because I scraped my rim and there is a small defect in the tire. Can't believe they would tell me that they did a 4 tire rotation and the rear is in the same place. I called and talked to my service advisor and he stated he would talk to the technician. Obviously the conversation with that was that it was done. I requested the paperwork for the alignment that was supposedly done but it didn't have my name, car information, or even my vin (like other Hendrick dealers will provide). I have zero confidence that any work was preformed on my car at all. THEN to make matters worse the service advisor calls me on a Wednesday afternoon 3x asking for my payment - that the card reader wasn't working and needed my payment. I have waited 10 days to write this review and have heard crickets. I will NOT recommend this Volvo dealership and quite frankly the Hendrick brand has been tarnished due to this experience. I am happy my home Volvo dealership is not Hendrick owned. More
