This is one of the most corrupt unpleasant dealerships and service departments I’ve ever dealt with, I have caught them, xxxxting me numerous times, and I’ve had to threaten the lawyer many times. They promise you a loaner car, but didn’t tell you once you buy the car that you can’t have one most of the times you go in for service.. they want to do a tuneup on my old 2016 and blew the engine while it was in service and tried to blame it on me. In the end they were forced to buy me a new Volvo. It continues on and on and on. Rick Hendricks dealerships have been sued more times for fraud and corruption. Then you can actually count. Don’t buy a Volvo. They are extremely expensive to maintain and they’re constantly breaking. Also, the company is owned by the Chinese support your nations enemies, then buy a Volvo. Slimey car, salesman, and corrupt mechanics. These people give a Volvo in any brand they deal with a bad name. More

Every time that I have to get service, I love to do it because I get a chance to hear how the salespeople are talking about the cars that our team builds every day. They provide you with a video of your service inspection and details of all findings then they wash her up and hand you the keys to your baby all cleaned up. More
