Phillip McCabe, the Financial Services Manager, was both congenial, professional and (yes!) a joy to work with. Although I have purchased a number of cars (including a Porsche 911 and Mercedes 560) as a woman, I still get a little nervous purchasing an automobile. I was not planning on buying a car yesterday when I went to check out a few of the electric and hybrid models. I hadn’t even cleaned my BMW out because I was so sure I wasn’t buying something that day... or to check out a few of the electric and hybrid models. I hadn’t even cleaned my BMW out because I was so sure I wasn’t buying something that day... or so I thought. But next thing you know I’m driving home in my new fully electric XC40, and had said a final goodbye to my gas guzzling BMW. Just like that. It was the most seamless and easy process. Martin was so wonderful through the whole process and make sure that all the phone connections and bells and whistles were connected for me and that he had personally shown me all the features before I drove away. With the current chip shortage, they found a car configuration that worked for me that was due to arrive in two months which is a good timeline under the current global shortage. Last week they had a new XC90 arrive that meet my exact configuration except for the color which in the end I liked better than the original choice and drove the car home on the same date. The entire team at the dealer made you feel immediately like a loyal customer and made me look forward to future service. Richard the sales manager was very proactive and showed great teamwork with his salespeople. Finally, Phillip the finance manager made the buying process quick and painless and very informative on options. I rarely give any place 5 stars, so here you go! My wife and I searched high and low for an SUV that was big enough for me and small enough for her. We also required comfortable adjustable seats. Martin Kappauf at Hendricks Volvo was just the person we needed to end our quest. He was patient, took the time to listen to our needs and had answers for all our questions. We settled on an XC60 B5 Inscription - great car. Martin took us over all our buying and leasing options and explained everything in detail. We were in and out in just four hours. We didn’t spend all day there and when we arrived home we didn’t feel like we had been in a fight as we have after being at other dealerships in the past.
