SERVICE VISIT

Our Volvo needed service for a Stop/Start light warning. It was easy to make an appointment and arrange for a loaner car, if that turned out to be necessary. We arrived at our appointment time, and althoug It was easy to make an appointment and arrange for a loaner car, if that turned out to be necessary. We arrived at our appointment time, and although it was busy, it only took minutes to sign us in. Our service advisor, Bryce, was excellent in explaining that not only would the auxiliary battery be checked, but a full systems inspection would be done. Our waiting time was about an hour before Bryce informed us that our car was ready. Not only was a new battery installed, but our car was detailed before returning it to us. We later received a video of our actual inspection. This was the first time our Volvo needed servicing, and it turned out to be a quick and efficient experience at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. More

Bryce Salyers at Hendricks Volvo in Charleston was a life saver. I had a tire disintegrate on the interstate. Spent five hours waiting on a tow truck. Got to the dealership 15 minutes before closing. He got it fixed on a Saturday and they were really overbooked. He went far and above to help me. Excellent service and kind hearted. Highly recommend. More
