Markus and the management team listened to our needs and concerns and did all they could to get us the car we wanted at a fair price. Even though we had to drive more than 150 miles from Montgomery, AL, it was worth every mile. The Mazda dealer in Montgomery couldn't even touch the Hennessy price! We recommend Hennessy dealers to anyone looking for good old customer service with a smile! More

I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and Ron was more than willing to help. He and the sales manager, JB were friendly and personable and made the experience pleasant. Markus was great to work with and not pushy at all. Extremely helpful and a super guy. I would buy another car from him anytime in the future. That said, I did have a couple issues with the with the quality of prep work that was NOT completed when we came to pick up the new car. Sap was covering the surface of the paint and there was a small rub mark on the lower passenger side panel. Clean up crew also did not remove the factory labels on the windshield or rear window. Last, the second key was missing from the new car packet so a replacement had to be ordered. We did not notice these issues (except the missing key) until we got the car home and started looking it over. Markus advised that he will get it taken care of but I was surprised there were any of these issues after the great purchase experience with Markus. making several trips between your dealership and Peachtree City is a bit of an inconvenience and time consuming but I am confident when we do come back to pick up the car again everything will be resolved and 100% ready to go. I first contacted Ron via the Internet to check availability of a Mazda 3 Hatchback. Ron's responses were quick, friendly, and informational. Wife and I went to dealership a couple of days later for her to see if she liked the Mazda 3. Chris Brown met us in the lot and was very helpful. Wife and I liked the QX-5 better than the 3 since it was a little larger. Since it was similar in price, we test drove a CX-5 with Chris. Chris wrote out a quote good through the end of October. On 31st I e-mailed Chris and he responded to my questions about a trade-in. I E-mailed back what I would offer with trade-in if could drive the car home that day. Ron called to ask me some questions about my trade-in, then called me again to say that we should be OK for a deal. Wife and I drove over and made the deal with Ron for a cash sale with trade-in. Drove new CX-5 Sport home that afternoon. Very nice car. I sold Chevrolets in the 60's and my experience with Ron, Chris, and Hennessy was far better than I expected. At no time did I feel pressured like I have in ALL previous new car transactions. The entire series of communications was extremely pleasant. My wife told me afterward that she was expecting some of the same pushy sales tactics we experienced at other dealerships. What a difference! I highly recommend Hennessy, Ron, and Chris, if you are even considering a new automobile. You won't regret it! Their pricing is fair and their friendliness is exceptional. More

I have never been treated in the manner that I was by Mr. Ron Geraci at Hennessy of Southlake. Ron exceeded all expectations. I first spoke with Ron about the possible purchase of a Mazda Miata for myself Ron Geraci at Hennessy of Southlake. Ron exceeded all expectations. I first spoke with Ron about the possible purchase of a Mazda Miata for myself in September. But I went with a used one instead. Then my son, a Senior at Gatlinburg Pittman High School in Gatlinburg TN. got offered an academic scholarship. I had promised him for as long as I can remember, that if he achieved gaining a scholarship, I would purchase him a new car. In my first encounter with Mr. Geraci, he beat all dealers here in the Knoxville TN area by thousands on the potential purchase of a car when I was looking for myself, so I knew when my son got a 33 on his ACT and we started getting phone calls, letters and offers for his academic scholarship, I would contact Mr. Geraci again. Just as expected Hennessy beat all Knoxville TN. Dealers, but this time, not by just a couple of thousands, by over 7 Thousand Dollars. Mr. Geraci gave me his best price right up front. I did shop around, and the only thing I found close to the price was a 2011 model with 20k+ miles. All I can say is if you want an no haggle up front person to deal with and get a great deal on a new car, call Ron Geraci at Hennessy of Southlake. No one came close to his price, and I found him to be of the highest integrity in dealing with. Never in my 52 years have I had such a great experience buying a new car. I am not only a proud father of a wonderful young man, I can now say that I was made to feel as a long time friend by Ron at Hennessy. If you want to haggle, look around and get jerked around, don’t shop at Hennessy. The sales staff there is the most honest, up front people I have ever dealt with in making a new care purchase. I will be back again, Lord willing and buy again from Mr. Ron Geraci. Ron is of such high integrity that when I was going to pay cash at closing, he called me and told me not to because if I financed for a few months I would save an additional $1,500.00 through the Mazda Loyalty program. Who does that? Ron Geraci does, thats who. Thanks Ron, your the best in the business! More
