My wife and I flew south, hopped an Uber from the airport to Hennessy and found the most accommodating people and easy process to finalize our purchase. Thank you guys, for everything! very disappointed I brought my vehicle in due to warning lights and also wanted it checked out for other potential problems. I was advised by Ms, Bell the multi-point i I brought my vehicle in due to warning lights and also wanted it checked out for other potential problems. I was advised by Ms, Bell the multi-point inspection is included on all vehicles. I waited from 0930 to 1200, paid the diagnostic fee, and went home. When I looked at the paperwork the multi-point inspection was not included. I called Ms. Bell and was told she thought she stapled it to my receipt and to drive back to pick it up. I asked if she could email it and was told there are too many pages to email. I drove back at 1500 and was told she must have stapled my inspection to another customers receipt. She then printed another copy that was only 3 pages. I walked to the parking lot and noticed the inspection page was blank. I went back in and was told a blank report must mean the mechanic found no issues. I have a 2009 vehicle with some known issues but they were not indicated on the report. Ms Bell then drew a line down the left side of the paper indicating all items were inspected and deemed good condition. She then told me the mechanics just visually inspect the vehicle and do not test the functionality. I pointed to the inspection report that states "verify operation," She advised I come back on Monday for "re-inspection." I asked if the mechanic can just fill the report out today and was told he was gone for the day. More
