Great experience with Ron I had made up my mind that if I was going to buy a used vehicle that I wanted a dependable, safe, and fun to drive one. Once I did my research, I knew that the 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring was for me. I just didn't know which dealership since there were several to choose from. I had my Capital One pre-approval in pocket and set out looking online. I left my info to express interest at several sites. Ron Raines at Hennessy Jonesboro, GA won the nod. Why? He reached out via email and followed up by emailing me info with Mazda's to consider. He was persistent and consistent, but not pushy, The other dealerships never answered any questions that I asked, but would keep reaching out asking me to come in without sending vehicles for me to consider. They did not seem interested in what I wanted or who I was. They just wanted me in their shop. When I showed up at Hennessy, Ron was on a call, but once he completed the call, he went to work. He was tireless and patient in getting me what I wanted. He never tried to oversale me and he had a great conversation that showed his human side. I walked away with a Mazda CX-5 that is perfect for me and what I wanted. I highly recommend Ron Raines and Hennessy Buick, GMC, Mazda. Just ask for Ron Raines and walk away with what you wanted not what someone talked you into. I should add that Gerren was easy to work with and worked out some magic too.
