He kept me informed about the repairs process, was very knowledgeable and thorough when, and made sure I was comforta experience as easy as possible. Have been loyal customer for years, but last few visits I have had a number of issues with Hennessy Ford: (1) taking too long to turn around vehicle ( sits for days with no activity) but even worst not fixi have had a number of issues with Hennessy Ford: (1) taking too long to turn around vehicle ( sits for days with no activity) but even worst not fixing items appropriately --or at all --and sadly resulting in return visits. I value my time and this is so necessary and unproductive for both the dealership and myself. Service Rep is doing the best he can, but internal process breakdowns needs to be fixed. More
The service department has improved a lot in the last year but, they still have a lot of improvement to do. Hopefully, they will get there soon. Excellent Went to Hennessey for service and as usual it was excellent. Ralph Tucci and the staff working with him were courteous and professional.The service wa Went to Hennessey for service and as usual it was excellent. The facility is spacious and that leaves plenty of room for social distancing. I have recommended this dealer to friends and family. Next time I need service I'll be going back to see Ralph. I scheduled an oil change for 8 in the morning. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I inquired as to what the delay was. The tech was still working on it. Only to discover after an hour and 45 minutes it needed waiting 1 1/2 hours I inquired as to what the delay was. The tech was still working on it. Only to discover after an hour and 45 minutes it needed a plug. Was told it would be another 15 minutes. Didn’t have the part and waited for the part to be delivered. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Change the name to slow lane. Certainly not Quick Lane. They also were trying to charge me for labor. More

When explaining what the issue(s) I have been experiencing, was told that one could not be replicated (which it happened on my drive home after picking up the car; the other, for them putting the car in park and noticing that the vehicle did not register park, was told that I needed to pay a diagnostic fee for this. What shop in their right mind does not plug a computer in a modern day car and get the whole read out, instead of having 2 different people do it and charge you for each time. My advice is to stay away from here as this is not the first bad experience I encountered, but at least the 2nd or third. Was going to give them the benefit of the doubt with giving another chance, should have just stuck with going else where in the first place, would have been better off and probably gotten my issue(s) resolved without feeling like a dummy. More

Hennessey Quick Lane ordered and replaced a Fuel pump I brought my car in on Tuesday afternoon around 5:30. Hennessey found the problem while doing a Diagnostic check.
