Love my New and Improved Ford Dealership Hennessy Ford has invested in new buildings and a new way of doing business. The service I've recently received on my older Ford Edge was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs. On my second visit, I showed up unannounced to have my rear brake light replaced. The Service Department worked in lightning time for me to get back on the road. I appreciate their dedication to Customer Care! More

confused nice guys but they need to up their game. The service advisor was nice but didn't seem to know much about hybrids. I wanted a new 12v battery and had nice guys but they need to up their game. The service advisor was nice but didn't seem to know much about hybrids. I wanted a new 12v battery and had a coupon. They put the battery in but the cashier said that my coupon was really a rebate. I noted that it didn't say rebate on it anywhere but she insisted that it was a rebate and that I should complete the rebate request on my computer at home. I went home and tried to complete a rebate but there wasn't one online. After an hour of online chatting with two Ford agents they said I should phone the rebate specialist. She pointed out that it wasn't a rebate, it was a coupon and I needed to go back to the dealer to get my $30 offer. I drove back to the dealer and the cashier then credited my card for the discounted battery price. More
