Mr. Buck was a pleasure to conduct business with, but he went on to other things; I'm quite sure Hennessy Ford is sorry about this. I have since been dealing with Tim Bennewitz, and he is excellent as well, very professional, and well trained. Now let's get to my 2017 Ford Expedition. This vehicle is probably one of the best looking Expeditions ever made, and I've had 3. But this car is one of the biggest disappointments in my entire life. I've had three major problems with this car, and since this was the 1st generation Expedition and Ford had been making them for 20 years I thought they would have had the bugs out by now. This is the only vehicle I've had that left me stranded; thanks for Ford Roadside Assistance, they were excellent by the way. Probably will go back to Toyota. More

Took veh in to get it serviced the service advisor and I went over the necessary service to keep my vehicle up to date. He made sure I was aware of what is needed and the cost in the service advisor and I went over the necessary service to keep my vehicle up to date. I also reached out to my salesman Jonathan Chambers and he assured me that everything is going to be okay and that service will take care of me. because my vehicle was there for several hours the courier service took me to work and pick me up after work. the cashier was polite, so my experience was a pleasant one. Service Absolutely the worst service shop I have been to. Held my truck for a week before they diagnosed it. They were gonna charge $1000 for parts and labor. I have a ford focus 2017 that I bought brand new and it is already having transmission issues. I desperately need my car for work. I have asked them several times for a loner car, they consistently tell me they do not have one. You mean to tell me this large dealership does not have 1 car that I can even use for one day! Just to help me out ? Well I am about to start my third week without my car and have no clue and neither do they even know when I will get it back. Their communication is very minimal and they move very slow. When I had a Mozda I never had any issues with them or their service. People please save your money and your time, don’t buy Or have your car serviced at Ford especially From Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta 5675 peachtree industrial blvd location to be exact, you will be disappointed every time! -5 stars is more of an appropriate rating. I normally don’t post reviews or ratings at all but I’ve never experienced so much neglect from customer service in my life! Do NOT Use This Dealership for Service Be forewarned when dealing with the service department at Hennessy Ford Lincoln dealership. Sorry long post but it is necessary to describe the variou Be forewarned when dealing with the service department at Hennessy Ford Lincoln dealership. Sorry long post but it is necessary to describe the various ways they attempted to take advantage of us. We took our Escape in Monday for a problem with the ignition/starter that is all over the internet as a common issue. The only reason we took it to the dealer was because it also had some minor recalls so thought we would take care of it all. Tim, the service writer, called and quoted my husband, Bob, a price of more than $900 for the repair. We called around and found out that the average time for the repair was two hours and the part was less than $400 so $500 seemed a little high for labor. He called back and advised Tim of his findings and the price was dropped to $650 so we gave the OK to do the repairs. The car wasn't ready until Wednesday and when Tim called to advise us that it was ready he told Bob that the battery charge was low and did we want them to replace it for $179. You can find a battery for an Escape for less $120 so guess they were going to charge $59+ to put it in, uhh no thanks. I dropped him off to pick it up during rush hour only to receive a call from him that the service engine light was on, and when he went back in he was told there wasn't anyone there to look at it so he would have to leave it or come back in the morning. Bob opted to bring it back the next morning. After waiting 45 minutes he asked what the status was and was told that it was being checked out right now to which he replied how is that possible since it is parked right in front of a bay door. So they blatantly lied to his face. Finally after doing some flush that was necessary because the recall work was not done properly Bob left with his car again and went to an auto parts store to have the battery checked out. He was told the battery had a full charge so that was another lie he was told. This is why dealership service departments have a bad reputation and why we usually go to a local mechanic and have him do all repairs. More

She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and extremely helpful!! She is definitely the most efficient service advisor I have ever had! Amber Mendez was also very helpful and coordinated my visit, so things went smoothly. My mechanics left my car cleaner than I gave it to them! They completed my repairs very quickly! I will definitely be back! More
