The final work is only average. A specific sales rep is unreliable and unprofessional. You must absolutely advocate for yourself and your vehicle. Especially absurd that you are told that you will have a replacement vehicle within two days! 5 days later and the customer has to reach out to the sales rep to inquire about their car. Notes about the reported car issue are not in the computer logs. And sales rep is gone for the day by 3:30 on this 5th day of no communication! Had to ask for Manager to get any answer as to my questions/issues reported 5days prior. Unacceptable business response in these days when family needs their vehicle in order to proceed with life’s routine. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone More
