I was very disappointed after I was told that to check a small issue with my car will cost me $165 , without even mentioning how much it will cost to fix( the car engine doesn’t stop running at the red ligh small issue with my car will cost me $165 , without even mentioning how much it will cost to fix( the car engine doesn’t stop running at the red light). The car is less than 3 years old, has 49000 miles. I guess I will go back to my neighborhood mechanic. I guess Herb Chambers doesn’t care about carbon imprint on environment. More

I left my 2019 Dodge Ram at Herb chambers mil bury (I purchased it there) on 2 separate full days because truck was misfiring & an issue w a window. Neither was even diagnosed much less fixed during this time.I had been dealing w Brandon in service & he advised he would call in a couple days when a loaner vehicle was available, he never called. After a week I called & spoke w him early in the week, he promised he would have a loaner vehicle available & would schedule an appointment w me when he called back at the end of that same week. . That was 3 1/2 weeks ago & I still haven’t heard from him. I have never left a review for anything but I’m so frustrated I had to. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE & now I would never purchase here again!! More

Ease of check-in was nice. Mobile check-in was offered but I checked in myself. Service person was helpful and courteous. Facility was clean, bathrooms were clean and hot/cold beverages were available for guests waiting for their vehicles. Overall good experience. 👍 More
Service department is awful. Cant seem to fix anything right the first time. Service writer filled me with incorrect information then proceeded to tell me the part was already replaced… but then couldn’t provide me with any service history showing me it was replaced? So he just made an assumption and told me to pound sand for a lack of better words. Filed a complaint with Ram customer care. Will go to another dealership. UPDATE: Truck went to different dealer, Confirmed that the PART WAS NEVER REPLACED, and they are going to be doing the correct repair that Herb Chambers said they cant help me with. Get your vehicle serviced else where. Avoid Service Writer- Adam Parker. More
