I am from out of state, visiting my daughter in the Uxbridge area. I had a problem with my car and called Herb Chambers. They were able to get me in within a couple of days, which I felt was great Uxbridge area. I had a problem with my car and called Herb Chambers. They were able to get me in within a couple of days, which I felt was great, seeing as the problem I had did not interfere with me driving the car. The young lady at the service area desk when I arrived, Chelsea, was the most pleasant and helpful young lady. She was helpful with me dropping my car off and kept in touch with me about what was going on with it. Thank you Chelsea for all your help, you are an asset to Herb Chambers Chrysler of Millbury. Daniel was exceptional in troubleshooting my problem. I had been waiting for backordered parts for months and he researched what went wrong with them and got me back on track. I normally get a loaner v I had been waiting for backordered parts for months and he researched what went wrong with them and got me back on track. I normally get a loaner vehicle and since there weren't any he was kind enough to shuttle me to an appointment knowing that I had to Uber to rent a car. I know most of the team at the Millbury location and I trust them completely with my Jeep. Although I plan to drive my jeep until it turns to dust, when I need a new one I will buy from this location. More

My service was fast and uneventful. However, when I scheduled my service the Girl that took my call indicated they didn’t have a shuttle cause of lack of manpower. After my service I mentioned it to the service person and they didn’t know why she said that. That was disappointing since the service of my two vehicles wasted four hours of my time waiting for my vehicles. I hope you find out who it was and correct her. More
Staff was professional, facility was clean, my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. I only waited an hour for my car to be serviced.
