Simple oil change - left my oil 3 quarts low - You will not find a more unqualified service department anywhere. My 2016 vehicle (Purchased at Herb Chambers RAM in Millbury), exactly 1 year old You will not find a more unqualified service department anywhere. My 2016 vehicle (Purchased at Herb Chambers RAM in Millbury), exactly 1 year old was in for a routine service - oil change, air filter, rotate tires. They left my vehicle 3 quarts low on oil and did not secure clips on the air filter box. I drove more than 4500 miles before discovering this. Checked my previous service slips and did verify that they left me 3 quarts low. Called the service department about concerns, was told that no damage could have occurred. Unsure if this second problem was caused by the above: Oil leak under the hood. EVERYTHING soaked - hood insulator, firewall. motor, EVERYTHING. Herb Chambers spent far more effort trying to claim there was no leak on my 1 year old vehicle under warranty. Why?? Perhaps the screw up did have something to do with oil leak. Received email from Doug, the general manager - sent response back - NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN. Traded my 2016 RAM (only 14 months old). Bought a Chevy from "Not Herb Chambers" My advice - RUN FAR AWAY from this service department! More

They were quick, very thorough, and never let us down. Now that we're out of the 3/36 on my Jeep and the Mrs. new-used Wrangler, they are very conscientious of dollars on our behalf. If something is expensive and/or there are alternatives they let us know. And I think twice we brought it in for warrenty work, it turned out not to be covered, and they covered the diagnostic for us. I can't say enough good things about the folks at the service desk, or the work the team in the back do! More
