I had taken my car to Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough for diagnostics due to concerns about electronic display in my Ford Explorer. The service department scheduled us in for diagnostic the next morning for diagnostics due to concerns about electronic display in my Ford Explorer. The service department scheduled us in for diagnostic the next morning, tested the vehicle, but were not able to replicate the problems that I had found earlier. The service representative gave me alternative reasons other than having a problem that could have caused my car to experience momentary flickering of the display and also addressed other questions I had about the car. I was advised to monitor and come back if I continue to have any issues. I think the service department at Herb Chambers is really great in terms of customer service and reliability such that I have a high degree of confidence in their expertise, integrity, and character. I am very happy with my Explorer 2017 and all the service I have received from Herb Chambers with minimal expenses for maintenance while running reliably since purchase with only minor problems. More
Anthony in the Service department is excellent. He kept in constant contact with me during my recall service, and even sent a loaner car to me, and then delivered my car when ready.
