My Honda Pilot was in need of warranty service, and Sean at Herb Chambers took care of it for me and even gave me free Lyft rides to home and back while the car was being serviced. I highly do not recommend working with salesman Nermi Santos. Due to him lacking basic knowledge, time management, confidentiality, and communication skills. I came to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and found myself extremely disappointed in his service and felt personally violated by his harassing behaviors. I had a very clear and simple request that should have been an easy sale but Nermi failed this dealership and has lost not only one costumer but many in the future as I will not recommend this location. As an owner of only Honda vehicles for over 35 years, this employee is doing a huge disservice to Hondas expectations of professionalism. More

I hate doing business with this dealership. All my experiences combined is how I’ve come to this realization. Most recently, I came in for an oil change. After looking at my car I was advised by the attendant (nelson castillo) that it’s recommended to do the 30kmiles fluid change/flush nonsense which i declined of course. he then proceeded to say that it’ll be reported to Honda that I declined the service. Believe me when I say that I almost told him to call Honda right away and report me and have them come arrest me. Even had the nerve to say it twice at check in and check out. I don’t know if that’s the training he got but I was offended by that statement. More
