I am a New Yorker, and my CRV battery (under warranty) died while in Boston. AAA got it started, and the Herb Chambers Honda said "Come on over, we'll help you out." And they did indeed. Service review. I've been using this dealership for service on my Honda Fit for a couple of years. Not only has the work been done professionally and thoroughly, but earlier this year, a tire I had pur service on my Honda Fit for a couple of years. Not only has the work been done professionally and thoroughly, but earlier this year, a tire I had purchased from them ruptured a few weeks later and was still under warranty. I had an issue with some of the lug nuts being slightly stripped and the tire iron not able to grab them so I couldn't put the spare on. They offered to pay for a tow truck and even though a good Samaritan with a top set stopped and helped get the lugs off so I could drive to the dealership, they understood my frustration and did the all the work free of charge. That kind of service is hard to come-by and because of that day, I continue to get my car serviced there. Sean DeSilva is the man, but I've never had a bad service coordinator there. More

Sean DeSilva was wonderful to work with. Rodents had chewed on my wires and he explained thoroughly what to do to prevent it from happening again. He took me out back to demonstrate how to spray pepperm chewed on my wires and he explained thoroughly what to do to prevent it from happening again. He took me out back to demonstrate how to spray peppermint oil in the car and in the motor. He showed me pictures of the damage. When it was ready to leave, he drove it around to the front for me. Sean is a great asset to your company and made me feel like he really wanted to help me. When he found out I lived nearby, he offered to have a car pick me up which was much appreciated. I would request him for service anytime. My only surprise was the final bill was more than $30 than quoted due to some mandatory charge for getting rid of some materials. This should be included in the quote. More
