Right from the get go I felt like a number and was very uneasy with his cold and impersonal attitude, but I had traveled a long distance on a late Saturday afternoon and the Ridgeline I was looking for was really hard to find. So I stuck with it. The Finance manager, Eric Poulston was great to deal with and he saved the sale. I was promised a delivery date that was false, had a hard time to reach Seyed after the sale date, only to feel like I was bothering him when I finally did reach him. Time was going by and no information was received on my truck. I had to research myself with Chambers Honda of Seekonk. A gentleman by the name of Adriel Loca gave me more info on my vehicle, with awesome customer service. Because my truck was a swap with Seekonk (something I found out on my own...) it was taking even longer to get delivered. Herb Chambers Honda of Boston never tried to make up for my total dissatisfaction until the very end when I cancelled my purchase. I would definitely not recommend going there and especially don’t have Seyed as your sales guy. More
Amazing Sales service but horrible Finance department I was looking to lease a Honda CRV EX with Herb Chambers of Boston, Our salesman Fabian was hardworking and amazing, he answered all of my question an I was looking to lease a Honda CRV EX with Herb Chambers of Boston, Our salesman Fabian was hardworking and amazing, he answered all of my question and gave me a very good deal on the car. The let down was the finance manager Marco Entraigues who was very careless and has no respect for his customers. He never picked up or returned back any call, didn't talk about leasing policies or leasing insurance. I had an appointment with him at 6pm, he kept us waiting for an hour and didn't even bother to apologize, in that mean time the manager shows up with a few papers and just tells me to sign and go without walking me over the leasing agreement. When I asked him a few questions he replies to me saying 'I am not the finance guy and cant answer your questions, since he is busy you can sign here and then talk to him' I was put down with the managements unprofessional behavior and just called off the deal. Herb chambers of Burlington had better customer service and management, ended up buying the car with them. More
Great service, easy car buying experience I leased a car from Saurav Sherchan this past weekend. He was personable and understood what I wanted without pushing anything extra on me. I receiv I leased a car from Saurav Sherchan this past weekend. He was personable and understood what I wanted without pushing anything extra on me. I received a great deal and would recommend asking for him if you intend to get a new Honda!! The finance manager, Marco Entraigues, was also fantastic. He was personable and did his best to ensure the deal I got was the best possible. I have also been to this dealership in the past and feel that Saurav and Marco exemplify the attitude of most people who work here. It's hard to find a place where you feel like everyone is on your side and they certainly were in the past and in my leasing experience. More

We t I'm glad that Victor was our sales representative. He was a cool and respectful guy, easy to communicate with and we don't have any complaints. We told him which cars we were interested in and he respected that and he didn't try to come on too strong, we can't stand the cocky types. It was an easy car buying experience, he impressed us by his extra efforts to make things easier for us in many ways. We highly recommend Victor, he did a great job. More
Would rather lose a customer than work through a dispute Old leased car not inspected until 4 months after I handed it in- magically, there is a new $500 charge for a tire(!). Dealer GM will not even listen Old leased car not inspected until 4 months after I handed it in- magically, there is a new $500 charge for a tire(!). Dealer GM will not even listen to argument, would rather lose me forever (which they have, been a customer for 8 years) over a few hundred bucks than work something out and guarantee a customer for life. Poor experience. Steaming. More

After outlining what we wanted and signing the contract, we found out that what we were offered was not included. Since "you do not have what THEY [salesmen] promised in writing" there was no way management could prove they broke their promise. They insist that they explained everything to us, but that is not true. After talking to the General Manager- he kind of apologized, but asked me: "what's the big deal?" The one person that I thought could help us, turned out to ignore our problem. He ended up "fixing" the whole AWFUL, TERRIBLE experience with 2 free oil changes.... I felt humiliated but that offer, which I refused. If you are planning on going there here is my advice: - Make sure you ask ALL possible questions you might have. - Do not assume they understand everything you are saying. - Don't feel pressured by the time it is taking. They are there to "help you". - Make sure THEY understand what exactly it is you want from them - Make sure YOU understand what is that they expect from you. - ASK them what are the next steps you have to take (we did, they said everything was taken care of, but obviously, it wasn't) - Do not sign anything until your lawyer has read and approve the contract. Other info: We had a lease with Honda that was about to expired and went to Nissan. Nissan took care of the remaining payments. they took the Honda Odyssey and delivered back to Honda. Nissan took care of everything. Our lease with Nissan was about to expire in 4 months, so we started browsing around to compare prices. When the Salesmen at Honda Herb Chambers Boston asked us: "what would it take to make this happen?" We answered and explain what Nissan did for us. We wanted Honda to take care of everything. Honda said they would. When I came back to pick up our new car they told us that we had to bring the car back to Nissan and pay whatever Nissan would charge us. They promised to take care of everything, but they broke their promise. Of course, they said that THEY NEVER promised to bring the car back to Nissan, etc... We were not told that! I feel cheated, humiliated and very angry. I won't tell you Not to go there, or that all salesmen are bad. I'm sure that there are great people working there, and I hope that if you decide to go there you have a great experience unlike us. More

Susanne helped me today to take care of my daughter's old good Honda Accord 2002. I was updated in details on a state of the car, repairs that have to be done ASAP and car problems to take care as soon as I can. I got a call from Susanne as soon as repair was finished and it was earlier than was promised. All communication was detailed and friendly, I appreciate Susanne's help very much. More

We learned upon arrival from Julie, salesperson, vehicle was sold to a woman who was scheduled to see it at 11am Sun., 90 min. before we were scheduled to arrive for our 12:30 time. Neither she nor Mo, finance manager, were honest enough to tell us the woman had called for an appointment the day before and instead, simply explained "she just happened to drop in". General Manager Dana informed us her appointment was made Sat.8/13 24 hrs. after I scheduled mine Fr. 8/12. In fact Julie called me Sat. pm at 3:30 to tell me what her manager offered for my trade in vehicle and never spoke a word about about it. No effort was made to notify us, as a courtesy, despite our long journey. When I called and offered a deposit 24 hrs before my appointment, I was told.."you'll be fine." It truly casts HC sale staff in the classic mold of "used car salespeople". Apologies were superficial, defensive and disingenuous. I want Herb Chambers to know how his employee's behavior today undermines his so called reputable image. I know they are in business to sell vehicles, and have the right to sell to sell on a first come first serve basis, but I am offended to know that this staff blatantly and patently violates ethical practice and common decency. It leads me to believe they customarily draw out customers in the belief they might sell additional vehicles (which they offered me) despite personal hardships incurred. Thanks for the opportunity to be heard (or read in this case). More
