Chris Nelson is an excellent worker a definite go getter!! He is a joy to be around. Throughout my time at the dealership I enjoyed myself I almost forgot I was there to purchase a vehicle. I had the chance to be around Chris on April 27,2013. Chris made it so easy and stress free with my decision on which color vehicle I wanted and all my other issues. Chris sold me my new CRV and I was able to drive it home the same exact day. Now that's what I call SERVICE!!!!!!! I would recommend all my friends to Chris for their future car purchases.. I went in wanting a car but with no intentions of an immediate purchase. Nevertheless, 3 days later I was a car owner. :-) I had stopped by Herb Chambers Honda in Boston for information and assistanc immediate purchase. Nevertheless, 3 days later I was a car owner. :-) I had stopped by Herb Chambers Honda in Boston for information and assistance after I received lackluster customer service from another Honda dealership. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and needed solid information about what I'd be able to get (information the previous Honda dealer failed to follow through or take agency for). Will Delaney (Sales & Leasing) was very helpful in determining my wants and needs, and working in with Jason Bradley (Finance) to see what they could do to meet them. Though I ultimately did not get exactly what I wanted car and payment wise, I did get a very close approximation, and Will and Jason were able to draft a plan of action that will ultimately get me exactly I want in the near future. I'm happy that I choose Herb Chambers Honda Boston, and Will and Jason will certainly see me in the future! More

I had a great first experience at this Honda dealership. I sat in two vehicles before being asked if I needed help and I appreciated not being swarmed by salespeople. The experience was fast, efficient, and the offers were easy to negotiate because the price was great to begin with. The processing of the registration and vehicle license plates was great; great communication with my insurance company. Will Delaney was excellent, straightforward, and made me feel comfortable with all the nitty-gritty details, especially when I asked the same thing more than once. Very happy with my experience. I will be happy to see you all again in three years when my lease is up. More

I needed a newer vehicle as mine was 15 years old and almost ready to be replaced. I decided on Herb Chambers Honda, since I live in Boston . I spoke to Sales and Leasing Consultant James Shaughnessy almost ready to be replaced. I decided on Herb Chambers Honda, since I live in Boston . I spoke to Sales and Leasing Consultant James Shaughnessy , he asked me what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of models that were new cars. Since I couldn't decide if I needed new he also showed me a few used cars. He didn't pressure me to buy new. I only purchased what I needed . I decided on a 2009 Honda CRV . I also was assisted with getting a auto loan to purchase my vehicle. A no hassle purchase all around. I would purchase again from this dealer when the time comes. Working with Chris Nelson was a wonderful experience. I leased my very first car with him and found him to be easy to work with, friendly, fun, and extremely accommodating. Even though buying a car can be leased my very first car with him and found him to be easy to work with, friendly, fun, and extremely accommodating. Even though buying a car can be tedious, the hours spent with Chris went by quickly. Let me start this by saying that I am not a big fan of buying a new/used car. At all. In the past I have felt like the people that are selling the cars are looking for their next sale and not really taki buying a new/used car. At all. In the past I have felt like the people that are selling the cars are looking for their next sale and not really taking the time to listen to my unique customer needs. I was apprehensive about looking for something newer and safer for me to drive, since recently my car (almost 10 years old) started acting up. As soon as I walked into Herb Chambers, I was greated warmly by a Mr. Rick Blaze. He was super friendly and asked how he could help me. I explained my situation and that I was looking into options for purchasing and/or leasing a car. I was expecting some sales pitch, but Mr. Blaze took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for. He was great! He listened to my needs and was able to give me several options that made sense for my wants and needs. Even when I was feeling overwhelmed by the options that I had, Mr. Blaze made sure to break down the information and help me decifer what it really was that I was looking for in a car. Once we figured out what it was specifically that I was looking for, we looked at makes/models and found exactly what I was looking for! A pre-owned Honda Civic. He helped me through the financial process and answered the many questions I had in an efficient and effective manner. When it was time for me to go, I thought that I would have to pick up the car in a few days. Nope, I was wrong. Mr. Blaze delivered my car to me, along with making sure that the floor mats were installed correctly, that new windsheild wipers were on, and that all of the interior was flawlessly clean. He even programmed my radio and had my favorite music station on the dial so when I turned on my car, country music was playing (a tidbit that we had discussed previously in the day that I didn't think he would remember!). He even supplied me with new stickers to reattach my FASTpass in my new car. He helped with registration and gave me excellent follow up to see if I needed anything else. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston. I will be recommending this dealership to family and friends from now on! If your looking for something new/used/leased, go and see Mr. Rick Blaze, he will make sure that all of your needs and wants are met. and he'll do it with a smile! Thanks again to ALL of the helpful staff at Herb Chambers! They were amazing and efficient. A strong recommendation for this dealership! More
