Pleasant and efficient I always go here with my much-loved 2012 Civic Si, and have always had good and prompt service. They know me there, I usually get to work with the same person (Tony Y.), and the repairs/maintenance are always done in the time quoted. And, to top it all off, they give the car a full wash, tire shine and everything! They are also able to work with me on issues specific to my car, which I've added a few mods to, which is unheard of for a dealership. Their prices are fair, and while I have found a few places that are a little cheaper, I've always had to return when they forgot to tighten something, etc.; here, they get it right the first time, every time. More

Horrible Terrible Experience I am terribly disappointed with my purchase of a brand new 2014 Honda Accord at Herb Chamber of Boston. I wish I had never ever stepped in the showroo I am terribly disappointed with my purchase of a brand new 2014 Honda Accord at Herb Chamber of Boston. I wish I had never ever stepped in the showroom in the first place. It would have been better to go buy a car somewhere else. The salesman Steve R told us that there were 3 cars in stock in the color we wanted, but it turned out that the car we received was a dealer trade. We should have been informed of this. At delivery, we found out the car already had about 130 miles driven and a few scratches. The financing document, however, stated that there should have been only about 15 miles on the car. Steve also told us we would get the loyalty rebate because we are the owner of another Honda that we bought at Herb Chamber Honda in Seekonk, but we didn't get any rebate at all. He lied and misled us from the very beginning. Buying a car is a huge expense that doesn't happen every day. Given the brazen level of dishonesty that occurred during this purchase, I want to let others know that you would definitely be better off without dealing with these untrustworthy people. More

Totally misled and lied to I am a savvy car buyer and negotiator so I expect to meet a little resistance and "wheel and deal" with a sales person. I have never had an experience I am a savvy car buyer and negotiator so I expect to meet a little resistance and "wheel and deal" with a sales person. I have never had an experience like we had at Honda. We were completely lied to by the sales person and the manager was absolutely no help. We were originally told that we would get $1,500 for our Civic and that the sales person would work with us to matter if we bought a car from them. We were long time customers for the service department and had spent several thousand dollars with them, so we expected to be taken care of. When we wanted to collect the money for the car the sales person said he could only get us $500... That's a $1,000 difference. He totally excepted that he was originally wrong and tried to backtrack and defend their stance but with no avail. He blamed the management but said he couldn't help us. Net net is that we were lied to and we were treated very unprofessionally. We wasted our time there. I will never go there again. I urge others to stay away. More

Awesome and fun buying experience with Erik Moran!!! Went in the dealership, asked the first guy I saw, Erik Moran, if I can get some help finding a car. Right there and then he was able to show me exactly the type of car I was looking for and walk me through the process with such a breeze. Haven't seen this type of dealership with such a relax atmosphere. He even walk me through the car setup before I drove home with my new car that same day! Now that's what I call an Awesome, Excellent buying experience. Keep up the great work guys!
