I went to Herb Chambers Boston for a used 2007 Honda Fit that I had seen online for a great price. This was my first time going to a dealer on my own and was somewhat nervous about the process but the staff that I had seen online for a great price. This was my first time going to a dealer on my own and was somewhat nervous about the process but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to finance the car after they let me take if for a test drive and they took the time to sit down with me, explain everything and help me to find a financing option that I could afford comfortably. They also helped me to register the car and find extremely affordable car insurance that was cheaper than any quotes I was able to find on my own with mainstream companies like Geico and Progressive. When I saw the car I was somewhat skeptical, it was in great shape but had not been cleaned, had a broken mirror and had a dented bumber. But Keith Banks O'Banor reassured me that they would replace everything and have the car looking brand new before I would take it home a few days later, and he absolutely kept his word. They also saved me the hassle of the DMV and had the car registered and inspected for me as well so that all I had to do was come in to pick it up and drive it home. I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston, the employees were very kind and helped me to purchase a great car with a great financing option. More

I loved my experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston! Rick Blaze really helped me in choosing the right car. I went in for a CRV and he convinced me to lease my brand new Civic which I absolutely love! H Rick Blaze really helped me in choosing the right car. I went in for a CRV and he convinced me to lease my brand new Civic which I absolutely love! He stood by and dealt with my indecisiveness for hours! Rick and his team (Omar and Dwayne) made sure my mother and myself were comfortable the whole time and really got us a great deal I couldn't walk away from. The day I picked my car up, Rick showed me all the new hi-tech gear my car had to offer and didn't leave the lot until I drove off. Real classy! We came to Herb Chambers Honda in Boston after finding the vehicle we wanted on a search online. We called ahead and Eric Poulson had the car was waiting for us upon arrival. This dealership is very different than alot and i probably gave them a hard time but they gave me the best customer service i have recieved in quite some time. Earlier this week I contacted Yana in the internet department about a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX. I asked her to place a $500 deposit and she said she would also bring in another vehicle from a dealer in department about a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX. I asked her to place a $500 deposit and she said she would also bring in another vehicle from a dealer in Westborough in addition to the one on the lot. When we arrived today they worked on selling us a new car. Once we got down to it, they said they left a message this morning. (Of course, I forgot my phone today.) Here is where it all went downhill. They (Stacy Johnson) did leave a voicemail at 9am saying they sold the car and never pprocessed the deposit. However, the salesperson Yana had us work with (cannot remember his name) said there was a major problem with the car and it had to go to auction. All this for a car that they advertised online as a CERTIFIED used Honda. So was the car sold and or did it have mechanical problems? My wife and I will never go back. They said a car was available and asked for a deposit. They never held the car. They said they would bring in another car for us to look at them side by side. They didn't. One person said the car had major issues and had to go to auction. (For a car listed as Honda certified on their website.) One person said the car was sold. More
