Overall I had a positive experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Allston, MA. Steven Shlosman was my sales rep. The test drive was long and enjoyable. He was courteous during the sales cycle. Steven accepted a fair buy back price (Kelly Blue Book) for my used vehicle which I traded in towards my new 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. The deal price for the 2009 Honda Accord Coupe was fair. The transition from signing the paperwork to obtaining the vehicle with registration, plates, inspection could have been faster but Steven and his manager were able to compensate me for the minor delay. I know things don't always go according to plan but its important that the customer comes first and Herb Chambers of Allston, MA understands this principle. At this point the only open item is my check for my trade in. I expect this to be delivered in the next few weeks. Overall the car buying experience at this dealership was very enjoyable. I will return when it comes time to buy a new car. More

Herb Chambers Honda, Boston is fantastic. I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from them in 6 years. Their Sales and Service Departments are far beyond excellence. As a side note, it's a 40 mile drive for me to get to Herb Chamber's Honda of Boston, and I pass plenty of car dealerships with plenty of good deals along the way.
