Honest to God, you guys really need to get your service act together. I'm not going to tell you how to run your business, but maybe the people who book the appointments should talk to the guys who work on act together. The service desk told me to bring my vehicle in at 10:30 am and wait for it. When I brought it in, the service manager told me they couldn't look at it until 3:00pm. I told him I didn't need him to fix the problem (emissions light) just tell me what the problem was--fuel injectors, O2 filter, gas cap? Should take a half hour, tops. Then give me an estimate. "Hey, I'm all backed up. I 'll try to get to it. Okay? " Are you kidding me? I had an appointment at 10:30. "Look, I'm just trying to help you out." He said. How? By having me wait around for 5 1/2 hours? Bad service really, really makes me mad. It should make you mad, too. Try and do better or you’ll just keep losing customers. More
