After looking at my car I was advised by the attendant (nelson castillo) that it’s recommended to do the 30kmiles fluid change/flush nonsense which i declined of course. he then proceeded to say that it’ll be reported to Honda that I declined the service. Believe me when I say that I almost told him to call Honda right away and report me and have them come arrest me. Even had the nerve to say it twice at check in and check out. I don’t know if that’s the training he got but I was offended by that statement. More

Brought my 2017 CRV on a Friday morning for water leak in the tailgate knowing it will be a drop off as it is not an easy task. The entire service advisor team was phenomenal as always. Nelson arranged to have Lyft to shuttle me home while the car is being serviced. Saturday noon time, a technician (Rick) called to let me know that he found the root cause and needs my approval to do this fix. I was very glad to hear that and approved and was told that I can pick up my car later that day. At 2pm, Sean DeSilva called me and arrange Lyft to pick me up. Sean is exceptional, his years of knowledge and professionalism serving his customers. He clearly explained to me what causes the clogs and leaks in my CRV.
