Usually service here is somewhere between very good and excellent. Not today. I came in for a 9:00am appointment and was told that they couldn't even look at my car for 2.5 hours. All I wanted was for someone to check out the service lights that were flashing on my dashboard. All of them. All at once. Here's the funny part. I couldn't wait around so I asked the valet. And he fixed it. In two seconds. Maybe the valets should get more responsibility. And more $$$. More

After looking at my car I was advised by the attendant (nelson castillo) that it’s recommended to do the 30kmiles fluid change/flush nonsense which i declined of course. he then proceeded to say that it’ll be reported to Honda that I declined the service. Believe me when I say that I almost told him to call Honda right away and report me and have them come arrest me. Even had the nerve to say it twice at check in and check out. I don’t know if that’s the training he got but I was offended by that statement. More
