One Star is too much for this crew! I brought my Honda in for service, they charged me 169.00 for the privilege of doing business with them and then changed out two components that I brought my Honda in for service, they charged me 169.00 for the privilege of doing business with them and then changed out two components that had nothing to do with the assessment, without my permission. Nothing for nothing...they wanted to make me pay a huge amount of money for unnecessary work. They mentioned and were angry that I had not been doing oil changes and regular maintenance with them. Sufficed to say...but I will be writing a letter to Herb Chambers, and I will not allow friends or family to do business with this company, in the future. More
My service advisor Sean DeSilva provided excellent service. I needed to get an engine light issue identified and corrected so that my son could take the car to college. He was extremely helpful in getting the problem identified quickly and communicating to me the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision on the repair. He then got the repair completed quickly and efficiently so that my son could safely use the car. I highly recommend Sean as a service advisor to other customers. More

Sean DeSilva was super helpful in assisting me on getting a new key for my 2012 CRV as my child was headed off to college with the car the next day. Sadly I had waited until the last day to get an extra key. a new key for my 2012 CRV as my child was headed off to college with the car the next day.
