Sean DeSilva Customer Service Adviser Extraordinaire! !! When I brought my Honda in for service I was met by Sean, whom I met before. Sean once again noticed my Marine Corps sticker on my rear window an !! When I brought my Honda in for service I was met by Sean, whom I met before. Sean once again noticed my Marine Corps sticker on my rear window and thanked me for my service. This showed me Sean was very intoned with his observations which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Sean showed me to his desk where he welcomed me back to Herb Chambers of Boston. After writing up my service needs he assured me my car would be serviced in a timely manner and he would call me when the work was complete. Sean was true to his word. When I returned to the dealership to pickup my CR-V I was met at the door by Sean. Sean then went over the work that was done and what work would be needed on my next service visit.Thank You Sean and Please keep up the good work. Mr. Chambers if You happen to read these reviews, and in my opinion I think Sean should be put in a Customer Service Quality Control training role for new employees.
