Poor communication from the service desk. After diagnostics, there was no information on ordering the part or how safe the car was to drive given the warning lights that were lit. What a pleasant visit I had this morning with Sean DeSilva when I dropped off my car for service. There wasn't too much wrong with my car other than an oil change, tires rotated and a general check up DeSilva when I dropped off my car for service. Sean explained how these newer cars are like a cockpit in an airplane, when something is wrong it will display on the dashboard. I didn't know that, and to my surprise the bill was only $96.00. I had a very good experience with my service appointment. My service representative Sean DeSilva eased my concerns with having a recall on my 2022 Honda CR-V.
