Sean DeSilva did an excellent job overseeing the 15,000 mile service for my Honda CRV. He knew the answers to all of my questions and explained knowledgeably everything that was done during the service to mile service for my Honda CRV. We are very satisfied with our visit to the Herb Chambers Honda Service Center last Tuesday. Our advisor, Sean Desilva, took very good care of us and explained clearly the problems with the brakes of our CRV Honda Service Center last Tuesday. We live in Brighton and still miss the Herb Chambers Honda location on Commonwealth Avenue which was so convenient and so well appointed for waiting customers. We were thinking of bringing our car to a closer service center (Honda Village or Cambridge Honda) but we chose to return to the Herb Chambers Honda on Morrissey Boulevard because we trusted Sean Desilva to give us realistic information on the state of our car.
