I’ve always been very happy with Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon’s service department for my vehicle, that’s why when I got a flat tire I called the parts Dept, the call taker was very helpful & said he’d ha Sharon’s service department for my vehicle, that’s why when I got a flat tire I called the parts Dept, the call taker was very helpful & said he’d have a new tire by 5 pm that evening! I went in the following morning & purchased 4 new tires. From the moment I drove into the Bay until my vehicle was ready I have the highest praise for all the people I came in contact with. More

I’ve been a customer of this dealership for more than twenty years. Great dealership but the best part is the service department. It’s why I drive one of their cars - Mark Forecucci has made bringing the twenty years. Great dealership but the best part is the service department. My last Lexus was 14 years old and had 265k+ miles. Never had a problem, he maintained that car to perfection. More
