After a few short minutes, we decided to leave my car for the evening because she was able to squeeze me into the books for the very next morning. Great service experience I had my 2011 LaCrosse in for a catalytic converter failure and coolant leak. I called Stephanie who did a great job for me with my 2017 Silverado. I had a bad experience with the other service lady. She gave me bad service and she didn't follow up with me. She said she was going to call me Monday morning and she didn't so I called at 12 noon and talked to Vivian and she took it from there and got me a rental car and when my vehicle was ready she called to let me know. I must say if it was not for Vivian I would never come back to the service center. I am a DJ so I have told all my costumer to come to the service center and ask for Vivian because she takes care of you. Please let Vivian know that Mr Weeks is very happy with her service.
